Getting your W2 online is fast and easy!
Login using your timekeeper credentials
Select My ProfileàView
my online W2’s
Place a check mark in the box “retrieve my w2 form online".
Click the button “update W2 opt in preference".
As soon as your W2 is available, you will get an email
notification.
If you decide not to opt in for an electronic W2, it will be
mailed to your home address on 1/31/13. If you have lost or not received your
W2 due to an incorrect address on file, or no apartment number listed,
re-prints will not begin until 2/18/13. The will be re-mailed after that date.
